Donna M. Donovan, JD, has joined the FRIB Project as FRIB Deputy Project Manager. In her role, Ms. Donovan helps attain FRIB cost, scope, and schedule by coordinating various project functional areas including operational, financial, scientific, engineering, procurement, and administration. Ms. Donovan graduated magna cum laude in 1996 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  In addition to her private practice, she has executive experience with the Michigan Nonprofit Association and a succession of positions of greater line and project management responsibility within the Michigan Department of Treasury culminating in the position of Chief Deputy Treasurer. Ms. Donovan has successful executive level experience dealing with complex programmatic and project issues in a large organizational setting with public accountability.  She adds extensive management expertise to the leadership team as FRIB moves from the design to the construction phase.
