It has come to our attention that several housing agencies have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for NAPAC 2019 and have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: No housing company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of NAPAC2019. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, credit card fraud, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. Please use the NAPAC2019 online hotel reservation system to avoid any confusion or additional charges.

NAPAC2019 has secured additional lodging options at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Lansing at Eastwood.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Lansing at Eastwood is offering all attendees the government per diem rate of $108 USD per night for queen rooms at single/double occupancy. The cut-off date for reservations at the special meeting rate is 18 August 2019 (subject to availability).

Radisson Hotel terms and conditions
All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Should attendees wish to cancel their reservation, they must do so no less than 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival day.
Radisson Guest Parking
The Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol offers all overnight guests valet parking for a nominal fee of $20.00 per night, per vehicle. However, the Radisson Hotel is pleased to offer 30% off of the prevailing valet parking rate, per night, per vehicle for your overnight guests in 2019. Temporary valet parking will be available at the prevailing rate.
Temporary self -parking is available in the city-owned ramp conveniently connected to the Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol via a climate controlled walkway. Current parking rates are, the 1st half hour free, $1.00 for each additional ½ hour, maximum of $15.00 per day.
