Booth selection and sponsorship opportunities are now available.

The entire spectrum of accelerator science and technology topics gets covered at the North American Particle Accelerator Conference (NAPAC), the largest regional particle accelerator conference, which occurs every 3 years.

Around 450 attendees, including most leading accelerator experts, will be on hand to provide insight into the latest trends, challenges, new projects, and opportunities. In particular, students, post-docs, technicians, engineers, and early career scientists will gain valuable insights by attending the conference mini-courses and presentations (posters and oral talks).

This audience is ideal for vendor exhibitors, in that these are the people who make technical choices as to which products to purchase, and what specifications they require or will require in the near future. Representation at the conference provides valuable exposure to new members of the accelerator community.

Companies and organizations are invited to participate in the NAPAC2019 industrial exhibition. Participation will provide an ideal opportunity to present products, services, and publications of interest to the accelerator community. The exhibition also has an important role in educating the public and students. Because participation will be limited to 44 booths, we encourage you to register early to ensure the best booth selection. Poster sessions and coffee breaks during the conference will be co-located with the industrial exhibition. As usual, conference participants will spend a fair amount of time in this area.

Attendees at the 5-day conference will have a multitude of opportunities to meet colleagues from throughout research institutes, universities and related industries, to network and strengthen collaborations, and to develop new business opportunities.

The conference, co-sponsored by IEEE and the American Physical Society, is an excellent venue to bring you up to date with the newest developments in accelerator technology and science and to meet the current experts as well as the up-and-coming generation, who will become tomorrow’s leaders.
