Layout and hours

The Industrial Exhibition will take place in Hall A of the Lansing Center (Lansing, Michigan). Attractions such as poster sessions and coffee breaks are held in the exhibit area and positioned to ensure that as many delegates as possible will visit your booth.

Hours

Sunday, 1 September

Exhibitor Check-In and Booth Setup:  10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (booths must be set, staffed, and ready to open before 2:00 p.m.)
Exhibit/Poster Session Hall is open 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (booth staffing is required)
Welcome Reception will be from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (booths must remain open)

Monday, 2 September - Wednesday, 4 September

Exhibit/Poster Session Hall is open 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, 5 September

Exhibit/Poster Session Hall is open 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitors may not begin dismantling until 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitors must have their exhibits dismantled by 6:00 p.m.
