NAPAC2019 Poster guidelines

NAPAC2019 Posters Program Codes

Program codes indicate the day, session, and board number of your poster.

Days are MO=Monday, TU=Tuesday, WE=Wednesday, TH=Thursday.

The poster session will take place from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Posters should be staffed from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Poster set up for this session should be after 8:00 a.m.

Please remove your poster promptly when the poster session is over.

All poster sessions will take place in Hall A/B at the Lansing Center.

All Poster Sessions

Each poster will be presented on half a single display board. The area available for your poster has width 4 feet (122 centimeters) and height 4 feet (122 centimeters).

The suggested usage is the display of an A0/US Arch E page in Portrait orientation, though US Arch E Landscape orientation will also work reasonably with these display boards.

Student Poster Sessions on Sunday, 1 September

The student poster session will be located in Hall A/B at the Lansing Center. The Sunday welcome reception will also be located in this area.

Posters should be set up from 12:00 -2:00 p.m. on Sunday, 1 September, and students should attend to their posters for interactions with judges and arriving conference delegates from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Posters can remain until following the welcome reception on Sunday, 1 September.
