NAPAC 2019 Student poster session

The NAPAC2019 Student Poster Session will be held Sunday, September 1, from 14:00-18:00 in Hall A&B of the Lansing Center.

Students wishing to participate in the Student Poster Session are asked to register for this session by logging onto the NAPAC2019 SPMS at https://spms.fnal.gov/pls/pac19/profile.html and then clicking this link: https://spms.fnal.gov/pls/pac19/registration.page?ID=42.

Please note that the student poster session is limited to two (2) posters per primary author.

Participating students must hang their posters on their assigned poster board between 12:00-14:00 that day, and attend their posters from 14:00-18:00 to interact with judges. There will also be ample opportunity to network and interact with conference attendees while they register for the conference on Sunday afternoon.

Registration must be made by logging onto the NAPAC2019 SPMS at https://spms.fnal.gov/pls/pac19/profile.html and then clicking this link: https://spms.fnal.gov/pls/pac19/registration.page?ID=42. The registration deadline is 31 July 2019.

Posters will be set up on poster boards (see poster preparation guidelines). You should use a poster of your best work that you also plan to present in the appropriate conference poster session during the week.

Prizes will be awarded, as determined by a group of judges from the conference organizing and scientific program committees. These awards will be delivered to the student awardees in the conference award session on the afternoon of Thursday, September 5.

Note that you should remove your poster at the end of the session and keep it safe, since you will be presenting it again during the assigned session in the main poster sessions of the conference.
