FRIB tours

If you are curious about what happens in a rare isotope facility and why, there is no better way to discover more than by touring. FRIB offers tours by appointment for interested groups, including public schools, private schools, homeschools, community groups, and interested members of the public.

Full tours generally include demonstrations, an introduction to the goals and methods of nuclear science, and a walk-through of vaults where nuclei are accelerated, filtered and/or studied. For more information about preparing for a tour and what to expect on a tour, visit the Information about touring FRIB page.
