The Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) at Michigan State University intends to contract for Bulk Liquid Nitrogen.

Supplier Selection will be based on best-value for the project. Best-value shall be determined as a function of price, qualifications, capabilities, experience and other factors relevant to the project.
