ASAC finds Accelerator Systems ready to support CD-2/3A in spring

The Accelerator Systems Advisory Committee (ASAC) met November 15-17 to evaluate progress and readiness of the Accelerator Systems Division.

The committee found the Division ready to support a successful CD-2/3A review in April 2012 and complimented the staff and leadership on significant progress since the last ASAC meeting in February.

ASAC is chaired by Satoshi Ozaki, Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). Committee members included Joseph Bisognano from University of Wisconsin, Bob Dalesio from BNL, Helen Edwards from Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Bob Laxdal from TRIUMF (Canada), Tom Roser from BNL, and John Sondericker from BNL.
